Why do you need a freelancer contract template?
If you don’t have a freelance agreement, it’s very easy for clients to get away with not paying you. You will have trouble chasing clients down for non-payment, and going against them in court will also be incredibly difficult and expensive.
So trust me, save yourself the stress and headache and always have a freelance agreement signed before you ever start working.
It’s also essential to have a freelance invoice template for your business so you can request payments from clients and keep your finances organized. (You can grab my free Canva template here if you aren’t sure how to put a freelance invoice together!)
